Folders & workspaces Workspaces and folders keep your Kiolo recordings and transcripts cleanly separated — by project, team, or client, for example. Tagging & labels Tags and labels let you organize your Kiolo recordings so you can find any conversation or task again in seconds. Combining recordings You can merge several related Kiolo recordings into a single, continuous recording — turning an interrupted conversation into one complete summary with a shared transcript.. Exporting recordings In the Kiolo app, you can export individual recordings or entire batches — as an audio file, transcript, or summary. Delete & restore Deleted recordings and notes in Kiolo first land in the trash, where you can restore them for 30 days. Transfer notes If you want to move your Kiolo notes to a different workspace or account — for example when switching teams or devices — you can transfer them securely and completely within the EU.
