Support
Kiolo is run by a small team. Every support request is read by a human and most are answered by the founder. We aim to reply within one business day in DACH (CET), at most two.
Write to [email protected]. Include:
- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead (screenshot or short video if visual)
- Your device and OS version (e.g. iPhone 16 Pro, iOS 18.4)
- Kiolo app version (Settings → About)
What we can help with
- Sign-in, account access, and account deletion requests
- Recording, transcription, summary, and action-item behavior
- Billing and subscription questions (once billing launches)
- Data export and deletion requests under EU GDPR
- Bug reports and feature suggestions
What we cannot help with
- Recovering content that was deleted via a deletion request — those requests are honored permanently by design.
- Legal advice about whether you are allowed to record a specific conversation. See our recording guidelines for the general framework and consult local counsel.
- Restoring service during incidents that affect third-party providers we depend on (cloud, ASR providers). We post status updates on our operating channels.
Security or privacy concern
If you believe you have found a security issue or a privacy violation, please email [email protected] with "SECURITY" in the subject line. We treat these reports as priority and acknowledge within 24 hours.
